When you sign up, we store your email address and a hashed password. When you upload a query log, we process it to build a spell-checking model for you.
Your query log is used solely to build and serve a spell checker tailored to your data. That's it. We do not analyze your data for any other purpose, do not train shared models on it, and do not sell or share it with third parties.
Account information (email, plan, billing identifiers) is stored in our database on AWS in Oregon (us-west-2). Your spell-checking model is stored alongside it. Daily encrypted backups go to AWS S3 in the same region.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that flow: stripe.com/privacy.
Trial data is retained for the duration of your evaluation lease (up to 30 days). Paid customer data is retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is removed within 30 days of cancellation. Account records may be retained longer for tax and accounting purposes.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing kakollu@gmail.com. We will confirm deletion within a few business days.
We use a single browser-local storage entry to remember your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the site.
