We value our relationship with you and seek to deliver real value with this service. The terms below cover the formalities; the spirit is that we want you to succeed with Log2Spell, and we will work with you to make sure that happens.
Log2Spell ("we", "our") provides a spell-correction API built from your search query log. By uploading a query log, you agree that you have the right to do so and that we may use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and monthly query allowances are shown in your account dashboard. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions continue at the rate they were signed up at until the next renewal. These terms apply to self-serve subscriptions; enterprise customers operating under a separate signed agreement are governed by that agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we will refund your most recent payment in full. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. We may decline refunds where usage suggests the trial intent was not in good faith.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account ("Manage subscription" → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not auto-renew after cancellation.
The API is provided for legitimate spell-correction purposes within your search application. Please do not use it to test or stress our infrastructure beyond your plan limits, attempt to extract our underlying models or training data, or resell access without prior written agreement.
We aim for high availability but do not currently offer a formal SLA at the Starter or Growth tiers. If you experience a meaningful outage, contact us and we will work to make it right. If your use case needs guaranteed uptime, dedicated infrastructure, or deployment inside your own cloud environment, we offer custom deployments — reach out at kakollu@gmail.com to discuss.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice except where the violation poses a security or operational risk. You will receive a prorated refund of any unused prepaid amount unless termination was due to material breach.
We may update these terms; substantive changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
